Arlene Rodriguez joined Wincome Hospitality in April 2024 as Corporate Director of Finance.  She brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry with an extensive background in hotel accounting and human resources. Prior to Wincome, she worked with major hospitality chains such as Aimbridge and Interstate.  At Aimbridge, she was the Corporate Director of Finance on Task Force. At Interstate, Arlene managed dual brands Marriott and Hilton as a Complex Director of Finance. 

In her new role at Wincome Hospitality, Arlene will oversee the accounting department across all assets of the company. She has a hands-on approach to management which allows her to help direct and assist her hotels in driving profit to the bottom line.  Her immense leadership skills combined with her financial expertise, human resources management, and passion for excellence will bring continued success to Wincome Hospitality.
