Cristina Crisologo joined Wincome Hospitality in June 2022 as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. With over two decades of hospitality experience, Cristina’s strong work ethic and expertise in both hotel operations and strategic HR practices have helped the company and hotel teams continue to take care of employees, enhance their benefits and increase retention and loyalty. Her focus is to be a true business partner to the operation, maintaining strong employee relations and instilling a culture of positive reinforcement. She believes in leading with constant, gentle pressure, collaboration, and transparency, which are all essential to a successful work environment.

She has experience working with branded hotels, such as Fairmont, Marriott, Hilton, DoubleTree & Sheraton. She was with Intestate Hotel & Resorts/Aimbridge Hospitality for nine years. During the length of her career, she opened hotels and traveled extensively for mergers and acquisition integration experience. Cristina is a graduate of Far Eastern University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology.
