For the past twelve-plus years, Norman applied his hospitality skills in his role with Avendra/Aramark, a multi-billion-dollar service and procurement company. During his tenure, he managed customer relationships ranging from Santa Barbara to San Diego Counties. In his Managerial role, he helped navigate the intricacies of procurement for his customers, including Uber Luxury Hotels and Resorts, Full-Service Hotels, and Higher Education customers, with finesse to ensure seamless operations and, most importantly, client satisfaction.
Prior to his role with Avendra/Aramark, his various roles in Management span over two decades of dedicated experience in the dynamic realm of the Hospitality Industry. During this time, he worked for luxury brands such as the Four Seasons, The Ritz-Carlton, and The Irvine Company. Working for these renowned organizations helped hone his skills and gain a wealth of expertise as a seasoned Director of Purchasing and Project Management.
In June 2023, Norman embarked on a new chapter in his career as the Corporate Director of Purchasing for Wincome Hospitality.
