Scott Collins joined the Wincome USA team in August of 2019. His background includes 8 years of commercial real estate management experience and a degree in accounting. Prior to Wincome, Scott worked for Madison Marquette where his astute problem-solving skills and big picture mindset led to his accelerated growth into the position of the property manager.
A result-driven professional, Scott brings the same diligent work ethic to Wincome. As Wincome USA’s property manager, he is responsible for the management of Wincome USA’s corporate Class-A mid-rise office building and all retail spaces at Wincome Hospitality assets: Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa Hotel, The Anaheim Hotel, and The Westin Anaheim Resort. Scott’s primary focuses are securing new tenant leases, creating positive relationships with tenants, facilitating tenant lease negotiations and maintaining lease compliance with all tenants.
Scott expands his efforts with strong community relations for Wincome USA by assisting the company’s CEO and corporate director of public affairs. This has included additional outreach and time spent with city officials, the police department, fire department and other community groups. His goal is to help ensure the safety and security of all of Wincome USA’s assets.
